At Cosmo Pet Furniture, every unit is handcrafted using natural materials, making each piece unique. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns unless the item has a manufacturing defect.

Returns for Manufacturing Defects

We offer a 14-day return policy for items that arrive with a manufacturing defect or craftsmanship issue. If your item is faulty due to a production error, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request clear photos or other proof of the defect before processing a return or replacement.

Exclusions from Returns

We do not accept returns for:

• Damage caused by pets, misuse, or general wear and tear.
• Custom or personalized orders.
