Delivery Regions & Charges
Delivery charges are calculated by your UK postcode to cover fuel and distance costs. Charges will be shown automatically at checkout.

If your postcode falls outside these zones, please contact us before ordering for a custom quote.

Production & Delivery Times
All products are handmade to order.

Production takes 7–14 working days.

Delivery takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Orders shipped via Proovia to the North and Scotland may take up to 7 working days depending on location.

You will receive a confirmation email and tracking details once your order ships.

Returns & Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are non-refundable except if the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Klarna Payments
Klarna payment terms start once your order is confirmed and dispatched.
